Tea for Two - Madison's 2nd Birthday
I am still so obsessed how Madison's 2nd birthday turned out, I thought I should share it with you guys. So here's the inside scoop to Madison's 2nd birthday party theme:
Tea for Two
Before I tell you guys more details about the decor, I have to thank my friends and Alex for helping me pull off such a great day with zero stress and just pure fun and love.
We tried not to go into too much detail for Madison's birthday because we know she still probably won't remember it but sometimes simple could be just right.
We only used 3 different places to get the decor, the main in which was Chan's Silk Flowers, Inc. (which, if you don't live in Miami I hate to admit is almost useless because there warehouse/store is AMAZING). We also used, Amazon & Party City for other decorations and cute little treats as well.
To start off, we purchased the square cutout of fake grass, teacup & saucer, along with the tiny daisies at Chan's Silk Flowers. The colored dollies were from Amazon & the mason jar with burlap and lace ribbon is just something my friend Nelson had on hand from prior parties && fresh flowers always tend to give life to anything.
All of the items you see below in this teapot photo is decor I purchased from Chan's Silk Flowers, the teacup and saucer sets and fake tulips I bought from them as well. However, the colored dollies in which I purchased online are from Amazon.
The spiral cupcake holder is from Amazon, along with the little flags on the cupcakes. I wish I got a closer picture of them because they have different sayings (I'm a sucker for tiny detail)! Also, inside the teapot with the fake tulips is a blue (fake) ostrich feather in which I got from Chan's Silk Flowers.
Madison's birthday cake was a simple naked vanilla rum cake in which my sister, Nicole had made. The flowers on the cake are from Chan's Silk Flowers.
As you can see, we hung up some white diamond detailed chandeliers in which are from Chan's Silk Flowers as are the giant peach and white foam flowers to the side of the pallet in which we used as our backdrop holder. We purchased the fake "grass" backdrop from Amazon and got the small gold air filled letter balloons from Party City.
It was a beautiful day filled with love and joy, it couldn't of been anymore of a perfect day && we all had a blast.
